Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of solar panel cleaning services provided to you, the Customer.
Service Description
Clear Sky Solar Cleaning offers professional solar panel cleaning services, which include the removal of dirt, debris, and other materials that may accumulate on solar panels.
Service Scheduling and Access
The Customer is responsible for scheduling the cleaning service at a convenient time and ensuring access to the property where the solar panels are located.The Customer must provide safe, unobstructed access to the solar panels.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning service.Accepted methods of payment will be communicated to the Customer in advance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the Customer needs to cancel or reschedule the service, they must provide notice at least 2 days in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability and Damage
Clear Sky Solar Cleaning is not liable for any pre-existing damage to solar panels or the property. Any damage caused directly due to our cleaning services will be assessed and handled in accordance with our insurance policies.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Customer is dissatisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify Clear Sky Solar Cleaning within 2 days of service completion for a re-assessment and potential re-cleaning.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions that could pose safety risks or hinder the effectiveness of cleaning.
Privacy
Customer information will be used solely for the purpose of service provision and will not be shared with third parties without the Customer's consent.
Amendments
Clear Sky Solar Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida.
Customer Acknowledgment
By scheduling a service with Clear Sky SolarCleaning, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
